What do I do if I receive a parking ticket during my booking?
If you receive a parking fine during your booking, you’re expected to pay it directly to the parking company. On the back of the parking ticket there is information on how to pay for it. If the parking fine isn’t paid on time, a reminder invoice is sent to us. We’ll then pay the fine to the parking company, inform you, and charge you the cost via the payment card you have entered into the app.
Why do you charge an administrative fee?
It takes time to handle the parking fines that come to us. The administrative fee is SEK 250. Pay the parking fine directly to avoid the fee.
There’s a parking ticket on or in the car that is not mine.
If you find a parking ticket in the car when your booking starts and it’s not linked to your booking, please throw it away or put it in the glove compartment. We’ll get it afterwards.

If you should receive a parking fine after your booking, you’ll be informed of this when we receive the parking fine. To avoid parking fines that may be added after your booking, contact us directly if, for some reason, you can’t park the car at our station when you return it. Then we can pay for the parking. I believe that the parking ticket was wrongly issued.
If you want to contest the parking ticket, do so directly to the parking company that issued it. We will be happy to help you with a power of attorney if the parking company requires it.
