What should I do if the designated parking space is occupied?

If the parking spot for Volvo On Demand is occupied when you need to end your booking, we ask you to park the car in another valid parking spot where the car can remain until 12:00 the next day and contact us regarding the new position of the car.


If it's during the daytime, contact us via the chat in the app with a parking area code, and we will handle the parking fee payment.

Our chat closes at 22:00. We don’t take calls or chats regarding occupied parking spaces after this time. Therefore, from 22:00 to 07:00, you'll need to cover the parking expense yourself. Keep the receipt and contact us via chat or email at help@volvocarmobility.com the next day, and we’ll reimburse you for the cost.

Please note that parking fines may be imposed if the car is parked incorrectly, and that cost may be charged to you afterwards. Therefore, contact us as indicated above if for any reason you cannot park in our parking lot.
