For bookings between 22:00-07:00 and you receive an undrivable car, due to for example punctures, significant collision damage, or similar issues. You can always end your booking and then book a new one in your Volvo On Demand app. Please contact us the next day to receive a correct price adjustment.
Also, remember to report the new damage before ending your booking with the damaged car so we have accurate information and the opportunity to address it as soon as possible.
