Are you booking a car located in a garage? The start and end times must fall within the garage's opening hours. You can see these opening hours in the app when you book your car and under booking details in your Volvo On Demand app. The app will notify you if the garage is closed when you try to book and suggest an alternative time.
Be on time when returning the car. Unfortunately, we have no control over the garage's opening hours. If you’re running late, you may need to extend your booking overnight to be able to return the car when the garage reopens.
IMPORTANT! If the car is returned to a different location without our knowledge, parking fines may occur, and you may be charged.
