How does the parking climatization work?

Is it a cold and icy day? The parking climatization lets you warm up the car directly from the app before your booking starts.

  • You can start the parking climatization from the app as soon as your booking becomes active. Please be aware that it’s not possible to control the climatization function from the app for all cars, however, you can always adjust the temperature in the car once in it.

  • The remote parking climatization starts automatically before your trip if you drive an electric car.

  • If the app says the climatization is unavailable, it may be because the fuel level or battery level of the high is not high enough.

  • The parking climatization reduces the fuel consumption of your trip, helps you avoid scraping ice off windows on a cold winter’s day, and lets you step into a cool car during summer.

How do I warm up or cool down my car before the start of a trip?

You can start the climatization control from the app as soon as your booking becomes active. Simply tap ‘Start climatization’ to set the climate.

The app says the climatization control is unavailable. Why?

It could be one of several reasons, such as whether the car is located at an indoor station or outdoors. In all cases, please trust that we prioritize safety, sustainability, and reliability.

What's good about the Remote climatization?

By warming up your car, you won’t waste precious time scraping ice off the windows at the start of your trip. The temperature should be comfortable from the moment you get behind the wheel and you shouldn’t need to wear any bulky winter clothing.

Please note: For safety reasons, don’t start the climatization control if the car is parked in any indoor space. Thanks for your understanding.
