Annual control inspection
A control inspection may become relevant during your reservation when you drive monthly. You can do that at any Dekra station. You’ll receive an email when it’s time. You book an appointment and drive the car to the Dekra station–we'll cover the inspection costs. To book an appointment, follow the instructions in the email.
Service
If you receive an email about service of your car during your monthly reservation: book an appointment with the Volvo workshop you have been assigned. You decide if you want to wait or leave the car at the workshop during the service.
Book an appointment for service:
We send you an email when it’s time to book an appointment. In the email, you’ll find a link to the booking page.
When you’re on the booking page, fill in the car’s registration number and the approximate odometer (which can be displayed in the instrumental panel. Read more here).
Pick a time at the workshop you have been assigned.

The email contains information on how to book an appointment and which workshop you can book an appointment with. You’ll also find a link to the booking page in the email. Book a time that suits you and drive the car to the specified workshop.
How do I know which workshop to book an appointment with?
In the email we send out regarding maintenance, we inform you which Volvo workshop you have been assigned.
How do I book an appointment?
You book an appointment by clicking on “Book an appointment” in the email you’ve received. You’ll then arrive at the booking page. Fill in the necessary information and select the Volvo workshop you have been assigned.
What does it cost?
We cover the workshop costs regarding the maintenance of the car. You pay yourself for other (possible) costs such as kilometer and parking. When you drive monthly, 1 500 km/month are included at no extra cost, after that you pay a kilometer price of 2 kr/km.
