When arriving at an Volvo On Demand station, your car may be plugged in. To remove the cable from the car and to unlock the car. Unplug the charger and leave the cable neatly at the station. On our electric cars, you need to press the button on the side of the charger before you unplug. Please make sure to place the cable where other cars won't drive over it.

If you take too long, the car may lock the cable in place. If that happens, simply unlock the cable by pressing the button on the inside of the driver's door.
