Mechanical seat adjustment. You'll find a handle underneath the seat where you can adjust the seat horizontally. There's also a handle on the outside of the seat for adjusting the backrest.

Electric seat adjustment. You'll find buttons on the outside of the seat. Use them as shown in the pictures to adjust the seat vertically and horizontally and adjust the backrest and lumbar support, depending on the car model.
