How do I start driving on my company’s Business account?

Get started as a driver on your organization's Volvo On Demand account.

If your organization has an Business account and you want to learn how to get started, you're in the right place.

  • It is the administrator who creates the Business account

  • How you get access to your organization's account depends on the plan you are on

  • You can start reserving cars immediately after you have gained access to the account since registering in the app only takes a couple of minutes

Start
Your admin invites you from the Dashboard. Once you've received the email with the invitation, you can download the app from the App Store or Google Play. We offer card payment for everyone on the Start Plan.

Your admin decides whether all payment should be done on the same card or whether each user should insert their own credit card. You may, therefore, need to enter your card details before you can start reserving cars.

Go and Drive
Download the app from App Store or Google Play right away. Sign up with your work email address so that your account can be linked to your organization's Business account. Once you've signed up, you can start reserving cars directly.

The Go and Drive plans are usually billed which means that your trips will end up on a collection invoice for your administrator.
