If your organization wishes to change its Business plan in some way, the request will need to come from whomever signed your existing contract

Upgrade
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Downgrade
Regardless of which plan you’re on, the notice period is 30 days rolling from the contract start date.
Examples:
If your contract is dated 6 March and you request to downgrade on 2 June, your contract will change on July 6 (i.e. 30 days from June 6).
If your contract is dated 6 March and you request to downgrade on 12 June, your contract will change on August 5 (i.e. 30 days from July 6).
Cancellation
If your organization chooses to cancel its contract, there is a 30 day notice period effective from the date of cancellation.
