Book an XC40 Recharge to bring your pet along. If you bring your pet in the cars, we ask you to follow the rules below.
Pets are only allowed to travel in the XC40 Recharge, which can be booked in the app when selecting among car models.
The pet needs to travel in a mesh cage (see example here), and the cage should be placed in the trunk. All cars, except the Polestar 2, have open trunks.
Make sure your pet travels safely in the mesh cage throughout your trip.
Pets are only allowed to be in the car when placed in the cage.
When you end your trip, we ask that you take an extra look inside the car to make sure you leave it in good condition for the next driver. And don’t forget your mesh cage in the trunk!
In other cars than XC40 Recharge, pets are not allowed. Please note that we follow up on indications that pets are traveling in other car models than the XC40 Recharge or without a mesh cage, and an additional cleaning fee may apply.
