Why are you discontinuing Volvo On Demand?

The decision was made for profitability reasons as part of a company-wide effort to optimize costs. This is due to a challenging economic environment and increased costs required to maintain the service with the high-quality Volvo Cars demands and our customers expect.

When will it no longer be possible to make new bookings for businesses?

The service will be available for bookings until December 31, 2024, allowing bookings as long as the trip occurs before this date.

What happens to my existing booking?

Bookings and trips made before December 31, 2024, will not be affected. However, bookings for trips that extend beyond or begin after December 31, 2024, will be automatically canceled.

What happens to the Admin Portal?

The Admin Portal will remain accessible until January 13, 2025.
