When you arrive at a station, the charging cable for your car will be plugged in. Disconnect the charging cable and leave the cable in or outside the car. Correct instructions for the cable can be found in your booking. Be sure to place the cable where other cars cannot run over it.

On our electric cars, you need to press the button on the side of the charger before disconnecting. (Lightning on the right)
